You can end up feeling a bit lost and alone, unsure of where to turn or who to talk to.
I offer a gentle, safe and confidential space in which you can be yourself and work through your challenges.

You may be in the midst of a stressful life event; a bereavement, a break-up or change of circumstance. Or perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed: you find yourself constantly worrying or feeling sad.
Finding a safe and supportive space in which to work through these feelings can be immensely healing. And it is often from the pain and the struggles that the greatest opportunities for growth and change emerge.
